City staff and the promotions committee has the right to accept vendors based on variety of items sold and previous experiences with vendors.

Not all vendors within the same category will be chosen for the event

There will be a limited number of accepted non-profits and promotional tents

The city of Dallas does not supply tables, tents, chairs, or electricity to vendors

The city of Dallas is not liable for any damages during the event

All events are rain or shine unless otherwise stated

I will be respectful and courteous of all city staff, volunteers, vendors, and citizens
